I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1977 serving Alameda County and neighboring cities, I have enjoyed helping many of my clients, family and friends buy and sell real estate.
I was REALTOR® of the Year in 1999, I served as President of Bay East Association of REALTORS® in 2007 and I was President of the Tri-Cities Women's Council of REALTORS® in 2010.
I enjoy being part of the real estate community and being part of the REALTY EXPERTS® Management Team for over 35 years.

Chuck was licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) as a salesperson under his full name, Charles Edward Edell, license #00584793, and began helping clients buy and sell in Alameda County. The DRE's online record gives December 10, 1976 as the issue date and marks it unofficial, taken from secondary records.

Chuck runs the REALTY EXPERTS® office at 41051 Mission Blvd in Fremont as General Manager, and still helps his own clients buy and sell. By his own account he has been on the company's management team for more than 35 years.

What that means for you
I started in real estate before there were cell phones or online listings. Since then I have worked through high interest rates and low ones, rising markets and falling ones, and most of the big changes in how homes are bought and sold.
Leading the Bay East Association of REALTORS® taught me how the whole business fits together: the agents, the lenders, the escrow and title officers, the inspectors and the rules that bind all of us. Running the REALTY EXPERTS® office keeps me close to many kinds of transactions and the problems a deal can run into. All of that goes to work for you when you list your home or write an offer with me.
