For agents
Thinking about where to hang your license? Talk with me. I am the General Manager, and every conversation is confidential.
A conversation, not a pitch
I have been part of the REALTY EXPERTS® management team for decades, and today I run our office.
If you are newly licensed, or an experienced agent wondering whether a change makes sense, call me. We will talk about where you want your business to go and whether our office is the right place to build it. If it is not, I will tell you that too.
What we can talk about
- Where you want your business to be in a year, and in five
- How the office supports agents day to day, from contracts to compliance
- What support is available if you are newly licensed
- What moving your license involves, and how to do it smoothly
The office
- Since 1974
- Bill Hartkopf opened the company as a one-agent office in 1974. He is still its Principal Broker and owner.
- About 100 agents
- About a hundred licensed salespeople and brokers work under the brokerage's DRE license, according to California DRE records as of November 2026.
- Support
- Ask me about office meetings, training and one-on-one time with management.
- One address
- 41051 Mission Blvd in Fremont, where the company has been headquartered for more than 25 years.
REALTY EXPERTS®, CA DRE #00414413. Independently owned and operated.
