What this site collects

Nothing that you type in. There are no forms, no sign-ins, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies on chuckedell.com.

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages keeps short-lived technical logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They are used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. My REALTY EXPERTS® colleague Harv Balu built this site for me and hosts it in his Cloudflare account, and Cloudflare processes those logs under its own privacy policy. Neither of us uses them to identify you or sells them to anyone.

When you contact me

If you call, text or email me, I receive whatever you choose to send, and I use it only to answer you and help with your real estate needs. Email sent to my realtyexperts.com address is also held on my brokerage's email system. I do not sell or rent your information. Real estate transactions do require sharing some details with the other parties to your transaction, such as lenders, escrow and title companies, as part of doing the work you ask me to do.

Links to other sites

Some links take you to other websites, including my listings on the REALTY EXPERTS® website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and their forms and cookies are governed by them.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track you across websites, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Reviewing or changing your information

If you have shared information with me and want to see it, correct it or have it deleted, email chuck@realtyexperts.com or call 510-468-8467. I will do that, except for records the law requires REALTY EXPERTS® to keep.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
